I've two accounts with two google accounts..my doubt is I change from one account to other frequently is there any chance of loosing accounts?

You can play on both accounts but there is chance of loosing your account if you made any mistake while switching your account then Game directly overwrites current account(which is new account) to your saved account.then you will loose your previous account.
I will suggest you to play one account on one device only.there are many players who lost their accounts while switching....

According to ToS it is not allowed. Supercell doesnt care though, so you will be fine. It brings more potential revenue for them anyway.

When you switch your accounts game normally ask you to load that account so always do that don't do cancel.My one friend lost his account in switching process when he signin via his google+ account he also got same question to load his account but by mistake he canceled that option & new village overwrites to his google + account and now he lost his main account in switching process.so while switching be alert or don't do switching..

If you have a KitKat Android device use its multiuser feature and have separate users for separate game accounts. That way you simply switch users and no need to go through the trouble of changing google+ accounts.
