Gİft Cards and Helping Friends

I am a newbie on Hay Day and I play it on my iPad. However, I cannot figure out how I give a gift card to my friend and how I help her. I am on 18th level.

Please help me!

Hi,

The gifts cards are given and letters after someone helps you water your tree/bushes or helps you with your crate orders in the boat.
You just tap the icon of the person then Alfred will deliver the letters daily which you have a chance of getting the gift cards.
