    For a multi billion dollar company...

    The customer service is awful.

    Dont get me wrong, the response time is decent(within 48 hours)

    but i swear, its like the customer reps dont even read the emails. They just email you back with something completely irrelevant to your emails.

    I believe we've established that supercell just uses bots to respond, the responses are often exactly the same and rarely address the issue directly.

    They use a lot of scripted responses. I can say with certainty that it's the worst Support I've experienced, that being said I haven't had a lot of experience with mobile app support, only with pc/play station/xbox games.

    So fyi- the two times I have had to use support, both time I got the automated response first. Then I had to reply again and within a week or three, I got taken care of. So, in the grand scheme of things...is it the best? No. Was it ok for an app game? Sure.

    They also somehow manage to not fix or even address the building time bug after more than 2 years.

    Most multi-billion dollar companies have terrible customer service. Comcast, for example.

    Somebody should tell them - botting is illegal and may result in ban

    if u re stuck in the mini and have a backup of the phone when u was in the main,u re lucky one,cos u have a chance to switch base (take so long tho)
