I understand your concern regarding unable to connect the other Game Center account in your device. After reviewing your account, I can see that you have linked your game in Game Center.
I can certainly understand how upsetting it can be to deal with such issues. Please get back to us with the screen shot of the issue so that I can assist you further.
Try the following steps that could help:
Exit the game by pressing your home button.
Locate the Clash of Clans application, and tap & hold on it until it starts to wiggle.
In the upper left corner of the Clash of Clans icon, you should see a X marked small icon.
Tap on the icon, and agree to delete the app.
Restart your device.
Open App Store and download Clash of Clans again.
I suggest that you first logout and then login to Game Center and launch the game to resolve the issue.
Launch Game Center
Click on games (which appears at the bottom of the screen)
Select Clash of clans and then click on 3 dots which appears on top right corner of the screen.
Select play to launch the game.
Try to transfer the game again.
