Game Center: Switching between accounts issue

You should be able to play your village on other devices by selecting the link device option in the settings.
When I try to do this it tells me to log into GC, but I am already logged in and it won't load my village.
The game is not synchronising with GC.
PLEASE, SUPERCELL, CAN YOU FIX THIS ISSUE??

had same issues here did everything the OP did but still the offer to switch villages never came
