If u still dont have access to Your village then Try to put your village lost request via game go to Help and support>Report an issue>Lost village there fill Your village details and send them Your message and wait for their feedback...

If you got your village back, then we are back to no one losing their one and only village. Having g two or more on one device was always an implied risk and supercell has been completely adement in their assertion that two or more one a device will not receive support and all they have to do is point to their TOS to justify why they won't offer you support.
I'm not denying there's an issue with switching between two accounts on one device. That's obvious. However, you were never supposed to be doing it anyways.

Same here. It just started today. I thought it was my iPad problem. And I can't use my second attack in my second ID. That's totally disappointed.

That is not a vague statement, that means no matter what the circumstances, even if it were your doppelganger from an alternate universe, at any given time you are not allowed to have more than one account. Now, supercell has acknowledged that they don't care if you do but that two on two divices was supported but two on one device is not supported. Not supported means you won't get customer support if a problem did arise. Such as the specific one that's occurring today.
However, if this were to go beyond two non-attorneys discussing TOS on the forums, their Non-waiver clause negates even supercells acknowledgmenet of acceptance of the above breach of their terms.
Hope that its just a glitch. I don't care if you have 100 alts on one device, doesn't sweat me. I do find those that say they're going to sue supercell for this hilarious though!

I can't load my base on an iPad i just bought today (the base is linked to GC on my phone). Is this similar to the problem everyone else is having?
I have trouble swapping between accounts. The in-game pop up won't appear and I can't swap to my amazing account that I really don't want to lose. It started this morning. Supercell, please fix this and in the mean time, if anyone has any solutions, please let me know. I really want my account back. Fix this issue please supercell!
This is what it currently says in the TOS: "You shall not have more than one Account at any given time, sell or give away your Account, create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself; You shall not use the Service if you have previously been removed by Supercell, or previously been banned from playing any Supercell game."

You dint get what i mean. I already stated I only have 1 acc, i sharing Ipad with my wife and she playing with hers own acc. But now stuck at hers acc, i cant switch back to my acc now! Can you clearly enlighten me is me againts the TOS???
