Game Center: Switching between accounts issue

Game Center switches, you can log in and out. The welcome message appears too. But it acts like as if you log into a gc that isn't linked to any base.

I have yet heard of any reports of someone getting a new device and not recovering their village by logging into game center. The only reports is that no matter what they do, hard or soft reset, they only have access to one account out of their multiple accounts they have. Which account is arbritrarely selected. Most are only accessing their minis. So why would someone who only has one account have a problem here?

Has someone reported a problem with recovering their one and only account? I have not seen such a report.

As my title says I am not able switch my accounts. Does anyone have the same problem? SUPERCELL FIX it ASAP...
