If you read it it says you CAN have 1 account per device. So if you happen to own several compatable devices you can have multiple accounts.
IGN: ram, Proud Leader, Gold Squad, LVL 132, TH10
M also have same problem with switch account.....
Supercell staff fast fix this issue...We need clash on!!!!!

Same here. I lost my th7 account which is near of going th8.. Cant switch it.. Please fix..
I think the terms of service said that there can be only one account per device
