I was able to fix it to switch accounts by following these steps:
1 - Backup your device to icloud/itunes
2 - On your device, go to Settings - General - Erase All Content and Settings (you may need to turn off Find my iphone first)
3 - Reset your device
4 - Once it reloads, go through the setup process and restore your device from icloud or itunes
5 - On your device, go to Settings - Game Center and log into the account you want to be on
6 - Once Clash of Clans has been restored, load Clash. You should get the confirm screen to switch
Right now I can switch to that account, but I cannot switch to another one again without doing another restore.
I suggest you do this once to get on the account you need to be on for said device and then wait for it to get fixed.
