    According to terms in License you can't have more than one account. Not a "bug".

    Read the terms in the license agreement before you talk about having multiple accounts, which is prohibited.

    I fixed it.

    I got it to go back to my main base and am leaving it there for now. What I did was backup restored my iphone and it actually properly loaded my main account in. I guarantee it will work assuming you have a backup to your main itunes account.
