Without using the equation badfish came put with to factor in donations i was 2.4, after using it and redoing it i got 1.18 which i think is much more accurate as ive only been th9 3 weeks

while there will never be a totally accurate equation to work this out it does seem to do the job

Aside from the donations skewing the xp, isn't it easier to just look at their defenses and troop levels? If they have stuff that was not maxed at their previous TH level, then they rushed. Easy.

This. Your question if someone has rushed or not just needs a yes or a no. As much as I like that you are trying to be smart - a number won't tell the story. Just check if they rushed or not, no rocket science needed!

I am TH10, Exp 132 so my level is (132-(10*10))/10=3.2

I thought this scale only went up to 3 . Oh and if I had level 1 walls I would have the same score...go figure.

this formula is pointless. Level has nothing to do with whether somebody is rushed or not.

Someone could be TH10, with TH1 defenses but have donated 1000000 troops so is level 150 and according to your formula they aren't rushed.

I appreciate someone who try to come up with sophisticate system to determine whether a player has what it takes, but I think you overcomplicate things unnecessarily.

First of all, let me say that I agree with many people here, EXP doesn't determine maturity of a player. Too many unrelated variables that somehow mess up your equation.

If you want to determine whether who is rushed, set simple criteria for clan recruiters to follow.

For example, if a player applied for a spot in your clan have more than 5 defenses that are less than maxed (only one level behind is allowed, more than that and it's out of the question) and more than 3 troops that aren't maxed (again, one level behind). Then he's rushed. This is just an example but you get the idea how simple it could be. Why bother with equations when you can just visit a persons village?

And just something extra, you can also use achievements as criteria if you are looking for active players that donate a lot (regardless of whether or not they are maxed). Check Friend in Need achievement. For example, TH9 should AT LEAST clear 3 star achievement (25000 troops donated) and TH10 should at least have 40K donation in their profile. This way when you come across someone who almost meet your criteria, you can use this as an extra factor to determine whether or not to let them in. May be they fall short a bit on their upgrades but have HUGE amount of donation. I'd say this kind of person is a keeper.

Well, that's just my two cents. I hope it helps, though.

You can make life easier if you just tell your clan members that they need TH Upgrade approval from you before they can upgrade
