One of our clan policies is no rushers. For those who don't know what I mean, I define a rusher as someone who's town-hall has surpassed there defenses. I should define maxed at this point as well. A maxed town-hall (to me) means you have done every possible upgrade prior to the town-hall upgrade. I should also define xp points as the blue number in the players profile.
Players kept asking me "Am I rushed?". Or we would turn people away during recruitment for being rushed and they would argue like crazy " I didn't rush". Clearly, in most cases you know if you are or not, I would think. But they asked anyway, and didn't seem to understand it.
So in order to decide who had rushed and who was max, and to what level we developed a metric (a clear number)
In all honesty, we wanted to quantify who is rushed or maxed and to what level?
This is how we calculate the number:
Step 1: Square the town hall level
Step 2: Subtract the number from step 1 from the players xp points
step 3: take the number from step 2 and divide by town hall level ( this creates a magnitude)
We call this number the "Rush Number" . It ranges (so far) from -3 to 3. This number is very biased, By that I mean on lower level town halls it is forgiving at higher levels, its very harsh. Because in war a rushed town hall 9 is far more damaging then a rushed town hall 4, and in general game play far harder to fix.
Id give some examples of some numbers but no space left, let me know what you think...thx
