Troop Upgrade Order(Need some help)

Looking for some tips on the order of troop/spell upgrades I should do. Also, should I get Golems/Pekkas now or wait til my defenses are maxed? My main armies are Barch and Balloonion. I normally sit at around 1680-1740 cups. Thanks for the help, and any other tips are appreciated! Below are pictures of my base and troop levels.

If you're concerned about war get the golem and pekka or witch so you can do gowiwi gowipe. If you're not into war then don't bother. You defienitly wanna upgrade those spells, especially rage to max. Hogs are not as good as they used to be. Dragons and healers stop being useful by the time you get to th9. So upgrade those if you want.

what do you use for war? cause if you use dragons, probably those. Pekkas and Golems are only used for big war comps or for pushers who are in the higher leagues so if you want to try GoWiPe/GoVaPe upgrade to Golems and pekkas.

I'm not really a big fan of war. Using all that elixir and time to make good, tough armies only to lose out on 99% of war loot from incompetent clan mates just doesn't float my boat. So at the moment, war troops being prioritized isn't necessary, but I would like to get everything maxed out before TH9.

if your plan is the max then it's simple. Hit all the troops and spells that you use regularly, then after those are done just do the biggest one you can afford

Should I start with troops that are almost max(Lvl 4>5, Lvl 3>max) or should I go from the level 1/2 troops and get them to the max level for th7, then focus on getting everything to max level for town hall 8?

I personally like to go for a max if I can. It just feels better to know that the troop is done for that th. And if I ever wanna use that troop it's as strong as it can be

I think if u are maxing, then its just simple Econ as stated above, do your bread and butter, then spells, then work on troops as most expensive you can afford
