So I got bored and decided to do the math concerning how much money it'll take to max out a base completely :P
So. I'll be calculating how much money it'll take to max out a base completely.
For the TH,
it would take 11,130,000 Gold
It takes 8,821,200 of gold/elixir for each wall. and you can get 250 at th10.
It equals 2,205,300,300 to max out the walls.
For each gold mine/elixir collector it takes 362,550 gold/elixir for each, and you can get a total of 14.
That equals 5,075,700 gold/elixir for the collectors/drills.
Each drill to max takes 34,500,000 elixir. You can get 3.
That equals 103,500,000 elixir for the drills.
Each Gold/Elixir storage takes 3,961,000 gold/elixir. You can get 6 storages total.
That equals 23,766,000 gold/elixir
To max out the Dark Elixir storage, you need 12,600,000 elixir.
To max out a dark barrack you would need 12,250,000 elixir each. You can get 2 total.
That equals 24,500,000 elixir.
To max out a regular barrack you would need 4,538,700 elixir each. You can get 4 total.
That equals 18,154,800 elixir.
For each army camp you need 10,112,750 for each. You can get a 4 total.
That equals 40,451,000
To max out the spell factory you need 6,200,000 elixir.
To max out the laboratory you need 8,435,000 elixir.
It takes 117,700,000 elixir to max out the troops
It takes 32,500,000 elixir to max out the spells
It takes 2,195,000 dark elixir to max out the dark troops.
In all, it takes 150,200,000 elixir and 2,195,000 dark elixir to max everything inside the laboratory to max.
It takes 12,771,250 gold for each cannon. You can get 6.
That equals 76,627,500 gold total.
It takes 13,968,000 gold for each archer tower. You can get 7.
That equals 97,776,000 gold total.
It takes 19,760,000 gold for each mortar. You can get 4.
That equals 79,040,000 gold total.

Adding it all up,

According to the wiki, it would take 1,359,437 gems to gem the gold/elixir and 1,804,426 gems to gem the dark elixir. It takes 3,750 gems to get all the builders.
In total that’s 3,167,613 gems.
Since $100 dollars equals 14,000 gems, the total bill for completely maxing a base with money is $22,625.81
(3,167,613/14,000x100)
TL,DR
It takes almost 23,000 dollars to max out a base.
