2 days ago I had saved up 22 diamonds but when I logged in this morning they were gone, I don't remember using them, it just doesn't make sense 😥

You probaby mis-tapped a botton and lost your diamonds by mistake.
But the only support that you can get is via in game settings -> Help & Support Pages. No mod or admin on forum CAN help you.
So submit 1, and only 1, ticket via game settings. You'll get your diamonds back if it was not your fault, or you will be let known which action did cause the diamond use.
Thank you for your response but my setting have already been changed so that mistakes like this should not not happen, 😧

Lol i lost 380 diamonds a month ago. I nearly quit the game after getting annoyed by this. Birthday somehow continued playing and earned them back again. But spc should take care of this. This s really bad taking away d diamonds.
I still haven't ad a reply email from hayday and I'm still missing my diamonds

My best advice is take a deep breath & be patient.
SC response times can take anywhere from days to months. It took 3 & a half months for them to get back to me on a ticket, 6 weeks on another, yet I think they try to give priority to lost farms & diamonds, so you may only have to wait a few days.
I know that probably doesn't make you feel better about your diamonds, but just remember there are 1000's in line ahead of you. Eventually SC will reply.

Same here. Close the game for the night, have a certain amount of diamonds, open up again the next day and they are gone. It's gotten to the point where I actually write down what I have on a piece of paper AND take a screenshot so if the day ever comes where I actually get a answer from customer service about this issue I can send the screenshot to them.
How can we accidentally use diamonds when we are not playing the game?
