How much money for heroes?

Does any one know how much it will cost to get both heroes from 15 to 22 when i gem loot and time, if you day it in gems or $ doesent matter

I'll do the easy one with time.

1 week is 1000 gems and each upgrade is a week

1000*7*2(heroes) = 14000 gems

Dark elixir will be more maybe around 40 000 but the links above you can do the actual calcs.

It costs 665k DE to get the queen from level 15 to 22.
It costs 595k DE to get the king from level 15 to 22.
This is a total of 1.26 million DE.

1.26 million DE would cost 35935 gems, or $265 USD.
