Unless I'm close to a huge DE upgrade I don't really care if I get zapped anymore. Its when I'm so close to getting that last bit and three players decide to zap my DE making me lose a few thousand than I get upset.
But as far as the OP goes. You can run and hide, but unless you have a shield, better watch out.
