Normally, you want to do what most people do, and PM a couple well known people before you announce sonething like this. Also get approval, even if you don't need it, from the Forum Event Group. Also, you are starting a brand new forum event which is in the middel between Forum Chatters and Forum Elite.. Just make sure you have all your bases covered before you announce something relatively new. Good luck on finding people. (Sorry I can't.. Busy with FE IV).
