The nymph would be an awesome idea for a new troop. In Greek mythology, nymphs were nature spirits able control different parts of nature. There were tree nymphs, water nymphs, flower nymphs, and just about every other kind you could think of. This is how I think this troop would work.
1. Training of a nymph would cost 100 elixer, and take 30 seconds to train.
2. At level 1, Nymphs would have 30 hitpoints but 15 damage per second. The would have a 30 movement speed, and take up only one housing space. They would not have a favorite target.
3. Once put into battle, the nymph would have a ring around it about the size of the healers, and from any obstacle in range, such as a rock, tree, or bush, out would come a nymph to help attack with its brethren. Each nymph would attack using its own elemental power. So a tree nymph would shoot sharp branches or bark, and a stone nymph would shoot rocks and pebbles
