Instead of blindly accepting what some random people on this forum advise you, I would recommend that you read the Terms of Service first. The section below may be of interest:
Not surprisingly, SuperCell is claiming ownership of every aspect of the game. All rights, title and interest in and to the Service (including without limitation any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, character profile information, recordings of games played using a Supercell game client, and the Supercell game clients and server software) are owned by Supercell. Supercell reserves all rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with its games and the Service.
With that being said, there are about a billion people that make and post videos to YouTube and other media outlets. With a few exceptions, I seriously doubt that they all have SuperCells permission to do so. However, just because they do it does not make it right.
I am no copyright lawyer but I bet, if they wanted to, SuperCell could make a case against all of them. If they wanted to...

Of course they do, why wouldn't they?...it isn't like a TV show.
It's not a point of what the game is like. All game content is SuperCell's intellectual property. They own it. It belongs to them. Make sense?
It is a strong opinion. Well worded and very concise. However, I think people have a bad habit of forgetting that a moderator on this forum is a volunteer, NOT a paid SuperCell employee.
Although they are in contact with the mothership and can give us mere grubs guidance and direction, they do not have the authority to speak for the company.
I applaud the fact that you are not taking SuperCell's property for advantage and have taken the time to do some research. It may slow your project down a bit, but it may not hurt to write a message to SuperCell at least letting them know you are going to be using their stuff in your videos.
Not really. These videos are free advertisement for Supercell and nobody is taking anything from them....they are helping the company. Nobody can avoid playing Clash of Clans by watching the videos. These vidoes are commentary...same as say a game review on Gamespot.
Unlike say pirating a movie where it can be claimed by pirating said movie you are "stealing" from them.
Thats exactly what i had stated in the very first post, about a link for an Email to get in touch, im new to the fourms (duh) so it would help alot for someone to send me a link to that correct page containing such info
I have videos made and edited on my computer, everything ready to go! i have senpt a good few weeks researching and collating data, info, footage everything!
all i need now is the consent!
