What was/is your FAVORITE Townhall level? :)

TH9 because you can unlock the queen and the xbows. Also because of the looks.

7 was the best. Drags and BK. 8 was close but got destroyed by TH9 farmers too often due to higher storages. 9 and 10 sucked for progression.

This reaffirms my belief the game was designed to TH8 and then that team worked on other projects or did not have enough time because Supercell has not done a great job with 9 and 10 and every update since last year (other than Clan Wars) things get worse and worse. I don't want to say they don't know what they are doing, because I think they do, they keep making it more and more difficult to progress to increase gem purchases. They have done the same with Boom Beach.

It's like the TV show lost. They started out knowing and having a plan but now they are just making stuff up as they go along.

I always liked th7. Wars are ridiculously easy with dragons, th8s can't rob you blind like a th7 can rob a th6 or a th9 can rob a th8, and you can pretty much max everything using your collectors alone so there's no pressure to need to raid to keep builder's busy.

Town hall 6 and 8. Townhall 7 wasnt really that much fun, and Im not sure why I liked townhall 8, but I did.

Th6 giant wizard healer just wrecked bases, defense got fun and you actually had to get real loot for upgrades. Made the game feel real. Level 3 balloons wreak havoc.
Th7 beast mode, teslas, level4 barch, bam, dark elixer, barbking dragon level 2. Amazing loot, war if not in a th10/9 clan was fun but dragons roll th7 with ease. Giant wizard still fun but not devastating like in th6. Burgerking and dragons make up for it. War is basically trying to get 6 cause you always get 3 starred either by drags or giant/wiz 5

th8 beast upgrades, dragon 3 tanks, balloons 5 effective again, gowipe, you can hold your own in war except against the best strategy attackers, casual warriors often fail to 3 star. Decent defense wiztower airdef, teslas. Wizard 5 what a boost! Getting rolled by giant 6 is rotten and they will anytime you offer 2m loot or 20k de. More than one war strategy, mass drag3 for max th8, dragoon, loonian, giant wizard for weak th8, giant/wizard/pekka for fun and gowipe for th9 2 stars. Expensive research in lab, always teslaling or airdefensing, walls 8.....but it will still be a fun one. I would stay th7 till you can't stand be rolled so easily by mass drags in cw, i mean really just 2 airdef vs those mighty flying tanks of fiery destruction!?!?!?!???

Now that I'm th10, anything but th10 is my favourite, if you're not th10 stay away till the disiaster with the loot is straightened out!

TH9 by far. Farming is the best, versatility in your attacks and you can grind your walls and make you base look scarier than most th10's!

Townhall 9 because then you can do almost anything you can push decently high without th sniping or farm in lower leagues and still get decent loot.
