    The report function of the game is to report issues and glitches. It seems like this has been goig on for a long time. I think that telling someone not to report a glitch is definitely trolling.

    They changed connection issues in the past. Why don't they fix this? Please just keep an open mind, I know you like to flame me but seriously man it's not nice to do. I've never done anything to you, yet you always try to start a fight with me.

    edit: even if it's a connection issue, on my end why are my clan mates troops disappearing?

    Or if it's a connection issue on his end why is my clan castle being filled with nothing?

    That at is definitely an issue that needs to be fixed.

    That at is definitely an issue that needs to be fixed.
    I seriously don't like flaming but unfortunately it might harsh but your attitude at times is really irritating. Like in the thread calling Axion a troll.

    Answer to your edit the bug is like say I'm in your clan. It's either I send the troops but immediately you lose connection when you come back the game recognises that you've already have your troops.

    Or its option B that when your clanmate donates but he loses connection as soon as he loses troops. The troops leave him but never reach you.

    I would say that saying that my report is frivolous, and saying that a glitch that affects many players and not only those that have poor internet doesn't matter is either trolling or flaming. Insinuating that I am wasting support's time by making them aware of glitches 100% is toxic behaviour as well.

    I believe that a glitch that affects players that do nothing wrong should be fixed. If you disagree that's fine, but you don't have to come in with the attitude that you displayed above.

    Do you really believe that a glitch that is affecting many people shouldn't be reported? Or shouldn't be fixed?

    It's a very odd situation reading this thread. I am watching people blame the Client for submiting a support call.


    The issue here is the way in which support dealt with the ticket, as a basic level of courtesy they should have acknowledged the point and provided a short message.


    Running a large number of teams myself I absolutely appreciate the pressures of support, but the examples that come up are very poor.

    Hi,

    all support ticket requests receive an automated email from ZENdesk (the software SC use) acknowledging the email and providing a support ticket number, this survey seems to be a new thing what I was wondering was if the survey was some kind of trouble shooting step.

    Satisfaction surveys are random and automatically sent to players after their query has been answered and the case closed. So either you sent multiple tickets and the the duplicates closed generated that survey (leaving one ticket open) or Support already provided an answer to your question before and they have nothing else to add to it, but in this case they should let you know
