Believe this counts as name and shame, not entirely sure about it though. And btw, there's plenty of clans that do this. It's dirty, it's not how a war should be fought, but it's easy to stop. Just set to invite only and make sure the person trying to join isn't in the other clan, or just set to closed. Sorry about your loss, but just make up for it next war(s).
