    Personally I didn't have much success with this base. The giant funneling worked well but heroes have an easy time getting into the core following behind. Once there the point defenses are so spread out they don't stop the heroes and dps from plundering. The organization of the base is such that walls really don't help much so it might be a good base for those with lower level walls to try.

    In the brief time I've used this I had 6 or so snipes with the one main attack 3 starring me.

    10x 5* archers
    20x 5* giants
    20x 5* wizards
    10x 5* wallbreakers
    10x 5* barbarians
    3x 5* heal spells

    bk lvl 7
    aq lvl 4

    as others have said attacked straight from the south and easily got into the core.

    had 1 air def, 1 wizard tower, 1 archer tower, 1 cannon and 1 tesla upgrading.

    Some tweaks I made

    This is my first post here, but since I've been using your base for a little bit now, I wanted to give my feedback.

    First off, I like the base a lot overall. I made some tweaks myself after first seeing your thread (without traps shown), and have tweaked it several times since based on things I've noticed after being attacked, and just stuff that stood out to me when thinking about how I would attack it.

    A few things about where I'm at:
    I've been hanging out in Gold 3/2 recently. I'm near max TH8 and I've been upgrading 2 tesla to level 6 and 1 AT to lvl 10 since I started using the base (currently also upgrading two small bombs). I've had my storages close to being full the whole time, breaking my shield just to see how it holds up. No one has gotten over 50% on me yet, granted I haven't been hit by particularly strong armies (though I've had a LOT of TH snipes and people zapping my DE). I used to get attacked almost instantly when I logged off, and I've been having periods lasting over an hour before I get attacked lately.

    No one has yet gotten into the core, though I was concerned about stronger armies and th9s getting in there from the south, and I also thought the south was the weak spot in terms of funneling if someone attacked from the east or west end (e.g. when giants come in from east end and reach the south-east AT, they turn around and go for the mortar in the compartment). So I put a tesla inside the southern walls to keep the giants funneling if they head that way (hopefully, haven't tested it out yet. It may not help if it hasn't been activated, such as by barbs/archers taking out outer ring of buildings). I also altered the outer walls a bit to try and maintain the funneling you created so nicely, but took some of them from the outer-most walls, some that had been in-between the mortar/gold originally, and a couple of the southern funneling walls to create another buffer between the southern zone and the central compartment. I also moved the AD further into the center.

    I just recently did this for two reasons (and I'll let you know how it works out with some updates): 1) I was concerned about the giants ignoring the funneling and going for the southern AD if the second wall is breached; 2) I was concerned about what would happen once they broke into that compartment and had free roam in the center of my base.

    Here's a screen shot of what my base currently looks like with the alterations I mentioned above. Again, major props on your work! Will continue to post updates.




    Logs from past two days (these aren't for base I made more significant tweaks to, those will come in a day or two):
    In this attack, it doesn't look like they had a full army ready. I had my only active tesla located in the southern corner and it prevented his first wave of wallbreakers from getting through.


    In this attack, he/she used the method of making straight lines across the north-eastern border (barb-archer-barb-archer-etc. then gobs) They got toasted.

    Awesome base. I have been using it for the past week. Almost maxed out on gold but no one ever attacks and when they do they don't get much. Keep up the good work

    Thanks, I'm a bit concerned with the distance between your entrance canons and east and west Tesla. If wbs make an entrance at the wt it may be closer than the Tesla. So they may go in our south but unlikely to split north south or go north.
