One question! I'm a level 80 most people aren't just now starting the game. If this became an update would you be able to collect your previous levels for me it would be the previous 79?

As I've said in previous posts, I am not sure what would happen with that. A free defense upgrade might be a good solution.

That's true, but the rewards aren't terribly much. Maybe you could get 1/2 of all the prizes when the update rolls out or something.

Why not make it that they take the rewards that they missed because they were so high, like say you're a level 252, the maiden could give the player the rewards they earned, if it is 5 gems per level until 50, and 10 until 200, 50 until 300, then the player should receive the same amount of gems similar to the gems given for passing a certain league, like reaching masters, or champs. That's a lot of gems then.

I like the simple addition of Achievements for Level, much like the other Achievements in the game. A small reward for players as an incentive to level up, via donations, destroying town halls, completing buildings, or other achievements.

Not really sure what SuperCell gets out of this though, beyond giving away a few more free gems?
