My name is MafiaCh41ngun, co-leader of X.I.T.A.

Some history about X.I.T.A.
X.I.T.A. was founded on July 2014 by a good friend of mine, Peeranat. We started off running the clan privately with just a couple of friends but only recently did we decide to make the clan public.

What we have to offer you:
We go to war twice a week (Mondays and Wednesdays).

-Level 5 Barbarians
-Level 5 Archers
-Level 4 Goblins
-Level 5 Giants
-Level 5 Wallbreakers
-Level 5 Balloons
-Level 5 Wizards
-Level 3 Healers
-Level 3 Dragons
-Level 1 PEKKAs
-Level 2 Minions
-Level 1 Hog Riders
-Level 1 Valkyries
-Level 1 Golems

Language spoken: English

Age Range: 14-18 years old. Well fit for any teen clasher out there.

We do not trophy push so there is plenty of room for farming.

We are very friendly here as well. You can strike up a friendship with anyone including me.

Requirements:

If you are interested in joining after seeing what we have to offer you, we have certain requirements, not particularly strict at all.

-Minimum of Level 40
-Minimum of 1000 trophies
-Minimum of 30 War Stars

Very easy requirements to meet.
How to Stay In:

This is quite common sense. If you've read other clan requirements, they usually say to donate, be nice, participate in wars, etc. It's no different here.

-Sustain at least a 1:2 donation ratio by the end of each season
-Actively particpate in the chat and in wars
-Don't be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.



How to obtain Elder and Co-leader Ranks:
Most clans offer elder and co-leader ranks for free. I find this to be a stupid way to recruit members.

Our clan members EARN their rankings. Ranks show how loyal one is towards a clan.

Elder Privileges:
-Ability to kick members WITH REASON
-Ability to recruit people

To obtain Elder Rank, we consider:
-the length of time you've stayed in the clan (we measure this in seasons, not weeks or days. We want loyalty and trust from our fellow members.)
-the participation in chat (Not too strict on this one as you can't measure participation)
-if you have recruited at least one non-hopper to join the clan (Recruiting 1 will automatically give you Elder)
-donation ratio (2:1 ratio will make you look good)

It's a fair system for anyone who wants to run an orderly clan.

Co-Leader Privileges:
-Ability to kick members WITH REASON
-Ability to promote or demote people [includes co-leaders] (All co-leaders' opinions are taken into consideration before action is made)
-Ability to recruit people


To obtain Co-Leader, we consider:
-the length of time you've stayed in the clan ( once again, we measure this in seasons. And there's only a set amount of co-leaders )
-donation ratio (3:1 ratio is usually standard for co-leaders)
-participation in chat (your leadership is what matters. Are you teaching players how to attack in war? Are you constantly striving to improve and sharing replays of any great raids? Co-Leaders will see your leadership.)
