Why is it that people seem to brag about high trophies at low town halls?

I'm saying the accomplishment is more important. That's why I said I think it's weird that people say "I got to champion at town hall 8" or things like that. If they want to argue that it is harder at low town halls, that is no true it is just going to take more patience.

Yes it is an accomplishment to reach champion league.

When an accomplishment is completed by 2 people/bases/whatever, the method of how the accomplishment is achieved can be used to differentiate who had a harder time of achieving it.
You, yourself, have stated as such with your car buying example.

As for the "patience" not counting for anything.... I offer you the challenge of taking your current base, taking it to champs, and making a TH6 and getting it to champs.
You might call it "easy" to snipe your way to champs. Personally I think the sheer amount of patience to keep Nexting to be impressive.

I'm sure you're going to say something about ToS, multiple accounts, blah, blah, blah now...
And I'm sure you're the kind of person who enjoys being "technically" right. (The best kind of "right").
But realistically, SC doesn't care about multiple accounts.

Getting to champion league is impressive. Getting max gold grab is impressive.

i just don't think that it is more impressive to get there by pressing next for hours waiting for a town hall to snipe. I don't think that it is less impressive for a town hall 10 to get there by raiding properly.

When I trophy push, I say the th level with trophies because to me it's a accomplishment.

I don't say it in evrey conversation but if it comes up in conversation, I'll say it.

I don't really brag about it but I do be subtle.


Oh btw not evreyone th snipes, there are plenty low level town halls in evrey league. Now if you leave your th out, nothing's stopping me from destroying it, (just hope the rest of your village isn't attack worthy.)

Some trophy pushers choose not to th snipe while some choose to town hall snipe while some attack any base they know they can get while th sniping.

It's probably because anything that takes dedication and a lot of time to reach a goal makes people want to brag about it. It's impressive to see someone raid properly but it's hard to show that you did something much better/harder than anyone else when you compare raids. With trophies and TH levels, it's easy to show that you did something that very few others did because it's less subjective and it definitely is harder to climb trophies when you're lower level.

I do my attack and then log off unless i only have 3 minutes to wait for my army to be complete or unless im having an interesting convo in clan/global chat/watching war.

im sorry but sniping to masters/champs is nothing to be proud of. id put it as the worst thing you can do in clash. heck i like gemers more at least they arent hurting the loot.

Impressiveness isn't always related to the benefit it brings people. It's impressive to see a guy kill a bear with his bare hands but that doesn't help anyone. Some weapons create in impressive amount of damage such as nuclear weapons but it hurts more than it helps. It sounds more like you should be complaining about the design of the game and TH free shields because TH snipers are just playing the game as SC intends, to some extent.

Also you make it sound like we should dislike gemmers at least a bit. I have no reason to dislike gemmers at all. Those who gem buildings won't be taking loot from the economy. Those who gem resources add loot to the economy. Those who gem and quit gives abandoned bases, though the collectors are usually low level

If you get to Champs with anything less than a semi developed th10, it only Means youve been no life'ing for to long.

Congratulations on spending 30+ mins in the clouds looking for an easy snipe for 6 hours straight! you rock! (exactly how i feel when i see those "look at me, im a th7 in champs" threads)

they are not the same and dont kid yourself kid. th snipers only attack one thing on the dang map there is zero skill in that. zero calculations zero fun and you are using the same ♥♥♥♥ troops. people who actually attack the base use a variety of different troops. they have to actually use their brains to tear a base apart strategically,

a th 3 snniper just have low level barbs and archers and here is all they do

next, next, next, next, next 20 hours later no brain functions have been used at all. i found a exposed townhall!! drop archers. yes i got the th that was so fun!! got to go eat so let me ♥♥♥♥♥ the game so that it thinks im online when im actually eating.

Getting to Champs as a TH9 is relatively simple.

It is the TH7's and below getting there that have obviously spent inordinate amounts of time finding TH's to snipe. They have achieved what a trained chimpanzee could do, it is nothing to be proud of.

I actively dislike it, it reflects badly on the game and cheapens what should be an achievement to be proud of (not that getting to Champs is much trouble for most people nowadays).
