Pump it all into my Queen. Gem DE, Gem time to get as high as I could. Don't know gem pricing that well as I only ever do small purchases; but she is lv 25 now, so that may well be enough get her to 40?

I ll use it to get full elixir then go to the laboratory and upgrade all my troops, if i still have gems, i ll use use it to upgrade my queen and king...
