So here is the idea, didn't find any similar ones... You could add another building what could keep units inside, saved only for clan donations. Example situation: I have my troop setup ready for lets say hog rider attack, and don't have any dragons. A fellow clan mate requests a dragon, and if i want to give it, i need to make 20 room for it and he has to wait 30min until it's ready. By having this kind of "garage" or whatever you wanna call it, i could make some type of troops in advance, even though my own attack plan does not consist of those units. This would save time and i could serve my clan in a better way. Also these troops could not be refundable because it would be like putting elixir in a bank, and these troops could only be used for clan donations, not your own use. Hope you get the idea
