Anyone tired of seeing all dragon army in clan war?

Dragons are really the only option for 3 starring a well designed base at TH7/early TH8. I've done it and I'll do it again if I need to. It's all about the stars. Having said that, I working hard to get away from them. I don't care for them and they cost too much, not to mention the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ed AI if it's going to be an iffy attack. But at that particular stage in the game, it's about all you've got to ensure 3 stars for your clan.

For th8 they are OK because as a th8 you can defend yourself with 3 lvl6 air defenses in the middle. With good base design this will result in 1-2 stars even for th9s using Dragons, so I think they are OK in strength.

For th7 they are clearly too powerful. Any mid low to mid th7 can 3 star every maxed th7 very easy using Dragons even if he has only medium skill and the enemy base is an anti Dragon base. Just zap one air defense away and attack the other one directly with all Dragons. One lvl5 air defense cant stop 10 lvl2 dragons (plus 1 in the clan Castle). Even with lvl1 Dragons it is very easy in most cases. You do not Need skill as an attacker. You only Need skill as a clan leader to get all the members to use expensive Dragons.

I use dragons, and yeah, I'm pretty lazy when it comes to wars.

I use the strongest troops I have in war. Cost? it costs more to lose a war than to win it. An 11 dragon army cost an hour of barch raids. I can afford that. Besides, gowipe or gowiwi sure aren't going to be cheaper.

9 of 10 is Gowipe in our clanwars. But we are most TH9 and 10.

No because every time someone uses dragons on my base they lose they stoooopid

We war non stop. But it is definitely losing its fun. All clans do anymore is all dragon army. This might be the laziest approach I have ever seen. Most importantly when a th8 goes all dragon army on my th7 with lvl2 Dragons, they are losing money. But do people really have so little talent and imagination that they are OK with just using dragon armies? If so, it is time to nerf it.

Dragons are good through TH8, but they don't do diddly once you start hitting TH9s.

Nope ...... I just love it when someone tries it on my base in war .... (am a TH9 though, so not sure why they try it - but some do - usually for a star, occasionaly, and rarely 2)

On a side note - last time some muppet tried it, I had a lava hound in cc, just to see how it worked defensivley --- those pups, completley took out one dragon, and led some others away from my th.....

Gave my clanmates a smile at least
