Stop making this thread about Zapping, i have already given up on trying to make people be reasonable.

I emailed supercell to express my frustration with zapping DE, and i got a response a few weeks later.
The thing is, the response did not even address zapping at all, they said i should "consider upgrading my village" and they started explaining the whole matchmaking system to me. I would quote what they said specifically but im not sure if that's allowed.
I don't know if i should be mad or just facepalm.

so, why does your very first sentence address that very thing?
if you did not want this to be a zapping thread, then all you could have said is that you emailed supercell about a problem you had and the responses you received were not applicable to the problem you were complaining about, or something like that.

the point is that if you did not want this thread to be about zapping, you did not have to mention it. but you did, so it is.

this has been a hotly debated topic.
imagine if you will that instead of zapping you were complaining about the wizards lack of HP.
you tell us that you emailed SC about this and their response did not address the issue.
lets say for argument that this is also something that has been hotly debated
are you really so obtuse to think that if you come on here and tell us that you complained to SC about a recently hot debate topic such as wizards HP, that the thread would not be about wizards HP?

I will make the assumption that all the pro-zapping posters are low level and/or inexperienced players that can't get DE any other way.
