I think there should be moderators on the global chat. Cuz sometime when I tell someone to stop doing these stuffs, they just reports me. Anyway, I don't think only kids andlow level come to global chat.

That's creepy. I once had a 'kid' in my clan said he felt sorry for another kid with no cash and was gonna post him out an itunes voucher, I told the kid not to give his address told the person offering the voucher to quit it and he got kicked not long after.
As an adult playing a game with younger members in my clan I see it as a responsibility to stop that. But if people gie out their kik etc there is not much I can do to try 'protect' them.
