I have an idea, it might be posted before but anyway I will post it may be we will benefit from it. We have a loot problem right?
Why not increase inactives or lets name them Active Loot bases. If every one made a 2nd account just to upgrade it collectors and mine to max lvl and just open it once per day and put these bases at a certain trophy range . In my opinion this will have an impact, how much I don't know but if more people join this we will have a change in the loot.

Second account means a second device which can run Clash of Clans(unless you play with 2 accounts on the same device,violating the ToS),and not everybody have the second device.Also,not everybody have time for another Clash account.

Sure I mean on different devices. But even if half of the players can do it it will have a big effect. I've already done this and will make another one today as I have 1 left device. I think this is the best way to make the economy gain resources

Reread the terms of service. You will see that multiple devices with multiple account IS STILL AGAINST THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

Many youtubers have multiple accounts. They are making a series right now on going from th1 and up with a new account. I think also Daddy has 2 accounts. They won't all be violating TOS. May it was like that before but now it is not. I hope Daddy come clear this or any moderator

It is against terms of service, however, they choose not to enforce this rule at this time. It is still a rule and can be enforced at any time, if Supercell wishes.

Easier way is you upgrade ur collectors & mines then quit the game and be inactive so we can loot ur base
