It's a really good idea in theory but the loot will be horrible. Not only will inactives be logging in for the Christmas update (and perhaps holidays) but they'll also be boosted. The loot will dry up hard.

Last 1 week gem week long boost I went all the way up to crystal 2 and was filling my pockets with 400k of both gold and elixir.

I even found one with 700k or each and a couple of thousand dark elixir (and I pillaged it all yaaaaaa!!!).

I'm a th10 who usually farms in gold as well as crystal is a bit unreliable loot wise.

There were loads of active players boosting making loot ripe.

Hope it happens again at Chrimbo as have a couple of expensive lab things to finish! :-)

I'm hoping for 1 gem boosts for EVERYTHING - 1 gem barracks boosts, 1 gem dark barracks boosts, 1 gem spell factory boosts, 1 gem hero boosts, 1 gem collector boosts. EVERYTHING BOOSTED.
