I have actually 1000 trophies and I am always attacked then killed by stronger players. I have TH 7, walls lvl 4 (10 ones are lvl 5), all my towers are lvl 5 (wizards are lvl 2). I can't get the healers cause of the high price.
Your defense and walls are too low-levelled for TH7.
Upgrade your splash towers and walls first. Don't go to th8 till you have maxed EVERY SINGLE THING.
