I just noticed that you can view the troops from other clasher's army camps who are not in your clan, but you still can't view clan troops. Did anyone else notice this, because I know that you couldn't see them before the latest update?

Yeah but after one of the updates, they made it so that you couldn't see troops in army camps or clan castle.
They changed it in the clan war update then changed it back on the Halloween update.
