Getting a spy into the enemy clan and defending against spies is an important part of clan wars.
You could:
A) Change your clan to invite only and check each Person that enters the clan, if the belong to the enemy clan. If you are a non english speaking clan, than check if the request is in your language. Also you should not promote many elders and instruct every one of them to take care.
B) Change your clan to closed during war. This is a better protection, but also makes it impossible for you to recruit new members. This is a Problem especially if you do war all the time.
If the enemy only watched the 2 bases he wants to attack himself, you are really lucky. I take a Video of all bases and upload it to our Youtube channel, so everyone knows the traps of all bases. Especially for hogs this can be an extreme Advantage. Also in some cases it can help to know what troops are in the clan Castle. For example you dont Need lightning for a Dragon, but be extremely careful when luring out wizards.
Another Option is recruiting members only through a feed clan. This makes spying impossible and also has other Advantages.
You can leave a clan and join back and still be in the war...imagine if someone just kicked all your members during the war would you want them all to be Ineligible to fight In the war after they joined back? Just don't make your clan "anyone can join" and idk why you didn't kick the spy the minute he joined.
I think the only solution you have is to close or set your clan to invite only.
