What to do about a premature Town Hall ?

Just put your nose to the grindstone and farm.

Step one is to upgrade your offense. Level four archers and giants, level three wbs, and level one healers will be hard to farm with. Your army camps also need to be upgraded. I don't encourage gemming, but if you were going to gem I'd get archers, barbs, and minions to level five ASAP and start running BAM. Alex the Great has posted extensively about it on these forums.

Not sure if I'm counting correctly but I think I'm also seeing only four workers as well as some of your workers sleeping. I would encourage you to buy the fifth worker and get them all working ASAP. Wizard towers are extremely underleveled. Make those your priority.

I have 5 workers 4 are already working, 1 is waiting for gold so that I can upgrade wizard tower should I work on upgrading my troops first or defence

Do offense first. Offense gives you your ability to accrue loot and will yield much greater returns than defense. Lab upgrades obviously don't require workers, but your army camp will.

1 camp is at level 6, 1 is upgrading to level 6 and 2 at level 5 and I have level 2 dragon also.

Forget about dragons. You want to use quick-building tier one troops like archers and barbarians. They'll allow you to attack most quickly and will offer a greater return in terms of loot per hour. Watch Alex's videos to see how it works. Minions can be ignored early on if they're too expensive in favor of archers and barbarians.

I wouldn't use a healer. Build time is too slow. And they're wasted in many situations on tier one troops which will get one-shot and are unavailable to be healed. Healers are a crutch for new players but tend not to be needed as your skill improves.

I personally use giants, wbs, barbs and archers, but I'm in a different situation at TH10 where loot targets are different. Barbs and archers alone also work well at TH9 . Goblins are fine also if you want to throw them in. I'd farm 12-1400 trophies at your TH level and relative strength.

Just wanted to add you could maybe go to 1500 range, that has been working well for me and de, if that is an issue for you, has been pretty good for that range over the past week.

I think BAM is working for me loot is less but troop cost is also low so I am saving elixer and I am able to raid 4 times in an hour.
