Just a little tidbit for anyone who thinks that calling out about the BBB will have any sort of bearing....just head to the Supercell page with the Better Business Bureau and you can see exactly how useful that would be.

For those of you who don't want to waste the time, here's the skinny: Supercell isn't accredited with the BBB, they have an "F" grade, and the majority of complaints have been closed because Supercell never replied to the BBB.

Using the BBB to resolve a complaint is like buying a rotary phone to make calls. Sure, it might get the job done; but unless your goal is to do it the most hipster way possible there's far better options.

Here is what happened to me.

I spent 100 dollars on gems and recieved my 14000 gems. I started to purchase speed ups, upgrade buildings, commond center, build walls and purchase resources. Worked on my base for about an hour and spent around 10K of my gems. When I reopened the app a few hours later my base had reverted back to what it looked like before. All my upgrades were gone, buildings were gone everything was like what it was before and only 4k gems left. It reverted my game back and kept all the gems I used on things. I sent this to them and there techs say that I had lost connectivity and that is why it did this. Everything I did when offline was not captured. The only thing is that all gems used were not returned. The said there is nothing they can do about it. BULL. Their glitch they say and I'm the one who gets screwed. Caution Everyone. If your online and loose connection and spend any gems you will loose them.

Looks like you lost connection to the internet while you were gemming. Contact supercell support and apple/google play support for a refund of your money or your gems.
