Seems to me people are not taking this quote seriously;

Thing is, it was handed to us back in the day. Whether or not people admit it, there were more innactives a year ago, less well developed bases. It was easier.

Nowadays you do have to earn it. You have to attack harder bases as the player base is so much larger, plenty more active people picking up those abandoned bases which used to be easy to find.

No idea why there are people picking on this comment. It is the truth.
