Farming today as a town hall nine

I farmed 4 million gold in 4 hours today. I was finding success at 1750-1850 trophies. Mostly storage raids off th8s and th9s. Overall, I would say 1/3 of my raids were collector raids. I started out boosting barracks with hog armies, then moved on to a cheap giant-wizard-Valkyrie army, and finally started batching towards the end as more collector raids started showing up. For any town hall nine having trouble with loot, this is the place to look. I had just got on the game after about a month of inactivity, cleared all trees etc. and started boosting barracks and spell factory. The thing is, over the month I was inactive from the game, I was actively on the forums and SO MANY PEOPLE were complaining about loot. I was afraid when I got on that I would find a nightmare waiting for me, but all I could see was loot. If you're not into boosting, I can tell you I skipped countless 300k easy resource raids simply because I knew I could get better with just a few more clicks. If you have lv6 barch and max army camps, you should not have a problem 3 starring th8s with barch. Just bring 4-6 Hogs with you to put in in front, and bring heroes to back you up.

The loot is out there, you just have to work for it.

Well you were boosting your barracks..... So you probably got x4 what ppl normally get

the loot is indeed out there. I raided around 8 mil yesterday. maybe four hours. with barracks, heroes and spell factory boosting.

I find loot all around masters leagues. plenty of loot to be found there. And the loot bonus makes almost any raid worthwhile. makes th snipes all the more appealing.

Yeah all of the people complaing about loot are a little ridiculous. Sure its not like it used to be with all of the 250k+ collector raids one right after the other but it IS out there. Ive been BAMing in the 1500s as a th9 for the last 3 days and have gained enough loot to do about 26 lego walls.

I farmed 4 million gold in 4 hours today......I can tell you I skipped countless 300k easy resource raids simply because I knew I could get better with just a few more clicks.

I'm sorry but the details in the op's post make no sense. Over the past 10 weeks since I've been a TH9 I regard myself as one of the most prolific farmers. Most 2 weeks blocks I will complete somewhere between 800 and 1100 successful raids. I would never turn down an easy 300k resource raid because it's higher than the average base out there worth raiding. If the op was hitting better bases better than this then they would be way over the 4 mill.

By example, 14 raiding netting 300k each would give you over 4 mill. The op said they they were not nexting much so the gold cost for nexting is minimal. Boosting a 4 hour period should easily net you more than 14 attacks.

I'm a TH9. When I boost all 4 barracks (I don't boost anything else) I would expect to get at least 2.5 mill gold an hour. I think over the past month of boosting for 4 hours a day I've never finished that block with anything as low as 4 mill gold profit. On average, I would expect to get around 3 mill gold per 2 hour boost.

Yesterday was actually one of my most profitable days raiding. After my 4 hour boosting I had around 7.5 mill gold and 6.5 mill elixir profit.

I never use use my King or Queen because they are currently on constant upgrade. I'm using a barbarian / archer split with a few more barbarians than archers.

yesterday was also a really good day for me. one of my better days. what army do you pack? I run 18 ballons and 65 minions. plus a cc full of balloons.

Exactly the same thoughts about yesterday's loot. I got both gold and elixir over 4 M, using Barch. I didn't boost my barracks.

i take it you were used to the old loot system? 1 mil an hour? perhaps. It just means we gotta earn it now. not handed to us like you musta had.
