Hmmm - I'm sick of Bacon and Eggs in the newspaper - only been playing a few short days. I put up stuff I know people want and usually SELL OUT in just a few minutes. I can't keep up with the demand for everything else.

Totally sick and tired of seeing bacon and eggs! When are people going to realise nobody wants them???! I try to put an assortment of things out for sale and always try to add a tool/upgrade implement to the list when I advertise.

So, I try not to sell bacon, eggs, or bacon & eggs in my shop. Been tempted once or twice, when I was desperate for barn space but I got lucky with some random person's boat or one of the walk-up visitors has asked for them. I try not to make them all the time unless I want the machine to keep running.

I've read posts where people explain they advertise least popular items so the ad item isn't snatched up right away causing the ad to disappear. Speaking strictly for myself, I don't understand this strategy. I have to be really bored or have absolutely nothing better to do visit click on any ad for full price bacon & eggs. I might.... MIGHT...visit one of those ads if the farm name somehow catches my attention. and guess what happens about 3 out of four times... yep... Nothing else in the shop but a whole lotta bacon & eggs at full price.

I came back to this thread to post because after refreshing the game to force a new newspaper, the paper I got was 100% bacon & eggs! Not bacon, eggs, and bacon& eggs but ONLY bacon & eggs. I think I saw one ad where the generous person had decreased the price of each batch by about 4 coins from the full price.

I think I should go post in the update requests thread next because I know what our Hay Day farms need. We need to open a breakfast joint to serve $200.00 per plate bacon & egg breakfasts to our walk-up customers while they wait for the axes, saws, dynamite and TNT we are never going to sell.

I love Bacon & Eggs! I have about 250 Bacon & Eggs in my shop right now if anybody wants any! They are taking up about 25 of the 100 slots I have in my shop. I am trying to build the largest Bacon & Eggs shop on Hay Day but people keep buying them and is hard to make it grow. Of course I have lots of other things to buy but some day I hope to have the entire 100 slot shop full of Bacon & Eggs!

The best thing is most of the time I can make my Bacon & Eggs advertisement last the whole 3 hours since it will be very rare that somebody buys the 1 out of 25 10x Bacon & Eggs I have advertised. It is fun to surprise people who click on it and then see a store full of really good deals.

When I put building material in my shop I never advertise it but advertise the Bacon & Eggs. A little treat for the person that dared to click on Bacon & Eggs.

Well, if I am ever in desperate need for bacon and eggs, I know where to go. Still, your shop apparently has never been one of the lucky ones I visited randomly in the hopes of finding other goodies.

And when you are hunting down one last measly little carrot cake so you can send your boat away, an entire paper of bacon & eggs ads is extremely disheartening.

Plain popcorn forever!!!! (Mine always sells fast and seems to bring me a lot of Daily Dirt shoppers when I advertise plain ol' cheap popcorn.)
