    The A.S.R.T tower (Anti Speed Ray Tower)

    ~The Speed Reducer Tower~

    Basic Idea
    This is an idea for a tower that slows down attackers. It will look like a flamethrower in boom beach except less modern.
    When attackers get close enough to the tower it launchers little orbs of goo torward the attackers reducing their speed for a certain period of time.

    Level 1
    Cost: 600,000
    Speed taken away: 5
    Lasts for: 20 Seconds
    Hitpoints: 1800
    Range: 2 to 7 tiles
    Upgrade cost: 1,200,000
    Reload time: 15 seconds
    Amount allowed: 1 (TH 7)

    Level 2
    Speed taken away: 10
    Lasts for: 25 Seconds
    Hitpoints: 2000
    Range: 2 to 9 tiles
    Upgrade cost: 1,800,000
    Reload time: 15 seconds
    Amount allowed: 2 (TH 8)

    Level 3
    Speed taken away: 15
    Lasts for: 30 seconds
    Hitpoints: 2400
    Range: 2 to 11 tiles
    Upgrade cost: 2,300,000
    Reload time: 20 seconds
    Amount allowed: 2 (TH 9)

    Level 4

    Speed taken away: 20
    Lasts for: 40 seconds
    Hitpoints: 2800
    Range: 2 to 11 tiles
    Upgrade cost: Not upgradable
    Reload time: 20 seconds
    Amount allowed: 3 (TH 10)

    Final Notes
    This probably needs tweaks. Tell me in the post. If anything is op or you would like to suggest just tell me. Thanks for reading hope you enjoy. This thing does splash damage if you're wondering. Maybe it could be like a tesla

    great idea! but I think reducing by 20 is so OP. (15 even)

    Goblins would be as slow as giants.
    giants would move backwards at almost the speed of balloons.
    Barbarians would almost stop moving (along with archers and wizards)
    And many more problems!

    So I suggest
    lvl 1
    Speed reduced:2

    Lvl 2
    Speed reduced:3
    upgrade cost, 2,000,000

    Lvl 3
    Speed reduced:4 ( barbarians move as fast as giants)
    Uograde cost: 3,500,000

    Lvl 4
    Speed reduced: 6
    (barbarians as slow as balloons) balanced by cost to upgrade

    And the range shouldn't change as it is upgrade, just stick with 2 to 8. This is actually kinda OP.
    the time it lasts is long as well. Maybe 5 seconds is a good place to stick with.
