Using multiple builders for a single building

I've got 4 builders but sometimes I don't know what I can give to build them, so I thought that can be a good idea add the possibility to use more builders for only one construction/improvement to decrease

I have 4 masons and sometimes do not know what to build him so I thought it would be nice to be able to use more construction workers in one construction / improvement in order to decrease the time.

If the time of a construction is decreased, to end the construction would cost many less gems.

less gems=less money and profit = less development =CoC ends
