-Town hall 7+
-LVL 60+
-1:2 ration donations
- Maxed TH 7 defenses
-LVL 5+ troops(its ok if u only have lvl4+)
- No rushers!
-LVL 6+ walls
-Lvl 8+ barracks
& a good profile
PROMOTIONS: Tbh everyone in the clan has an elder position becuase of scouting, Cos will have to be earned by commitment & loyalty
