I had a small but a nice idea about elders and Co-Leaders!!Now to explain my idea i will have to express it in a way of how it is in a king palace.
In a clan the king is the Leader.His duties include looking after the clan,kicking anybody who does not follow the rules and other things too!
Now the elders and co leaders are like the ministers of the clan!!Therefore they should also have some work to do other than just kicking and promoting!!
Now for example an Co-Leader can keep a track of the people joining or leaving,Who are active or not active in war and other sought of things. Of course he will not have to keep searching it but will receive a copy in an another tab made to keep a record of it.He can then send a copy of it to the leader and then the leader will decide what to do!!
Elders will have to keep a record of the donations of the people and send it to the leader.again the elder will have a separate tab for this work too.
Leaders can also give specific jobs to Co-Leaders like who is in-charged of kicking promoting an doing the above given work!!
