your base will get 50% wiped more than 100%. So draw a line down the center of your base in any direction and make it so there are only 50% of your storage's available.
With this concept with the current layout you have if i attack your base, and 50% wipe it i will hit form the top and get 100% of your minerals.
Also this is why you wanna keep gold and elixir storages kiddy corner from each other, stacking 2 of the same close, or on one side of the base makes easy pickings for gold or elixir only farmers.
I always try to make my own bases with this idea and seems to hold up well.
