Hãcker Reported TemporaryBan from Supercell

I need help with my temporarily banned account. I reported to super cell and awnswred some security questions because my account has hakced and now my acccount is banned and every time I try to log on it gives me the error of "account temporarily banned verifying ownership. If you want to request ownership for this acc contact us with this code ________" now how do I contact em when my acc is banned and I can't send email throught coc?? And do I even need to send code
this is the email they sent me and it doesn't look like I have to do anything. I just have to wait ??

Thanks for your previous message. We want to make sure that any compromised account gets to its original owner. In this case, we will still run a verification process to determine the ownership.

This means that we will ban this account for a short periodically. After the ban is over, if we have not received any other requests for the concerned account, then we will proceed with the recovering process. This should make it safe from any unauthorized access.
