How to spend Dark Elixir

I'm a late TH-8 player with almost maxed defenses currently farming level 8 walls (then everything is maxed) . All of my troops are maxed out with the exception of the Valkyrie and the Golem. My Burger King is at level 5. Is there a good reason to upgrade the BK to level 10 before I move on to TH-9? It seems to me the added bonuses from upgrading don't seem to stack up all that much, until I get to BK-10 where damage goes up a little bit and he can summon 2 more barbs. Should I upgrade the BK or the golems then valkyies, lastly why?

BK, because you obviously are going to want to get the queen up and she costs quite a bit. Odds are if you don't do the BK now you won't be touching him for awhile.

While the lvl upgrades may seem like small increments on paper, start adding them up and there's a pretty vast difference between low lvl royals and max.... and an extra lvl to a hero's ability is always a good thing.

Golems are important too, but that depends on how much you war or plan to use GoWipe/Wiwi type of attacks.

I would do BK to 10 and Golems if you can. Who cares about valks lol .

Upgrade that BK to lv 10. It's a much bigger boost than you realize. Coincidentally, I'm actually making a video right now analyzing the different levels of the Barbarian King to give people a better picture of how big an impact upgrading your King makes. I may have the video up by tonight or tomorrow.

Gonna have to disagree here. Lvl 2 Golems still have the durability of pebbles and still aren't much use at TH8.

Not to mention the King is immortal and can be used in almost every farming raid if used correctly, especially with the reduced regen time. Just use the Iron Fist ability to restore a good amount of HP when you're done depleting the base of resource. You restore a significant amount of health, which in turn also decreases the regen time. Getting the King to lv 10 is one of the first things you should be doing as a TH 8, as it would have benefited you a lot more in all your future raids.

I know this is not to the point but what is a level 5 burger king? (i know its a Barb King it just looks funny)

Im a mid 8 and my BK is going to 7 as we speak.
I use him in every attack if he's not healing
