Just add more levels, different challenges, branches of the goblin map focusing on a theme or idea. You could even have maps added for each holiday or special events.
Not saying it's a bad idea necessarily, just boring.

I like this idea but only monthly and only if 3 stars on every level. Adding new levels would be even better but more work for them to create.
