It was a skilled attack, but felt like the healer was wasted.
Maybe it seemed like it because his main attack did so well. If his balloons fizzled out before destroying all the defenses, the healer would have been able to sustain the AQ through it all. As it happened, the healer kept the king alive for a bit longer, but yes, it wasn't necessary for 3 stars.
Nice to have backup though!

How else do you keep a king alive, with 5-7 defences shooting at him? If I didnt wipe the bottom defences, having 2 more loons and minions would not of helped.
Its a free heal, for the duration of your whole attack. Cant beat that.
You didnt see exactly what happened at the bottom. The cc was half lured on purpose, so the king can be lured inside the first walls, which meant, a wizard attack as well as the defences.
